Mark began his journey in healthcare when he qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 2007. Through his years of experience, he witnessed firsthand the profound impact that physical appearance can have on an individual’s mental well-being. This realisation sparked a deep curiosity and a desire to explore the intersection of aesthetics and psychiatry/psychology.
As fate would have it, in 2018, Mark personally experienced the transformative power of aesthetic treatments when he had a nose filler (non-surgical rhinoplasty) procedure. The positive psychological effects he experienced fuelled his passion further, inspiring him to retrain in Aesthetic Medicine. This decision marked a turning point in Mark’s career, as he embarked on a path that allowed him to combine his medical expertise with his passion for helping others feel confident and empowered.
In 2021, armed with a wealth of knowledge and a burning desire to make a difference, Mark took a bold step and founded Phi Balance Clinic. This now award-winning clinic was born out of a vision to provide comprehensive and personalised aesthetic treatments, aiming to enhance not only the physical appearance but also the emotional well-being of each client.
